So, this month I suggest you explore the art and science of learning how to access your intuition, that still small voice within. This voice knows how to guide you to make better decisions so that you can get back to feeling peace and joy. My daily practice requires me to meditate for 20-30 minutes a day and to do some type of journaling or creative writing for another 20-30 minutes a day.
