What is your Mindful Moment Practice?

It may be easier for you if you have a mindful moment buddy to keep each other accountable until this becomes a new way of living for you. I know my wife Lori (the Modern-day Muse) and I have been doing similar practices for 20 plus years. We start our morning with magical beans that turn into freshly brewed organic coffee and our favorite deck of spiritual guidance cards to set our intentions for the day.
